В первую очередь - спасибо продавцу! Да, заказ пришлось подождать (заказывали 2.03, получили 08.04. отправка стала отслеживаться после 04.04, жена переживала и нервничала сильно). Несколько раз писали продавцу. Наверное, был завал после распродажи. Или не было товара, но заказ все равно приняли. Это всё уже не важно, потому что уже несколько дней с удовольствием пользуемся этим роботом. Подметает отлично! Влажная уборка - это не просто тряпочкой протереть за собой. Это именно оттирает! Правильная навигация, хорошее и удобное приложение (используем приложение от Roborock). Немного напрягает, что нет продаж в России, нет пока что сменных тряпок. Не понятно, что с комплектующими будет. Но мы очень рады, что успели заказать, и что нам его привезли. На распродаже он обошёлся всего в $500. Я считаю, что цена очень удачная!

Нареканий к пылесосу нет. Моет, пылесосит. Всё супер, есть с чем сравнить. Карту строит удовлетворительно. Шумновата боковая щетка, но где вы видели бесшумный пылесос? Боковая щетка при работе только в режиме полотёр всё равно работает. Ковры распознаёт корректно. У меня квартира 120кв, мало мебелирована, площадь уборки 77квадратов. Заряда аккумулятора хватило с запасом, время уборки 104 минуты. Уже устала ждать, когда уберётся. Но это первая уборка, следующие будут быстрее. Русского языка нет, украинский есть. Инструкции на русском так же нет. Но аппарат простой и понятный. Инструкция хорошо иллюстрирована. Продавец очень долго отправлял товар (больше недели). Создал накладную на отправку после того, как написала ему о своей озабоченности этой проблемой. Доставка была через 5post. Сама ТК доставила уже быстро. Коробка была немного замята, но не критично, внутри всё целое.

Bardzo szybka wysyłka w ciągu 3 dni paczka była u mnie, dobrze zabezpieczona. Robot spełnia swoje zadanie. Naprawdę dobrze mopuje
The robot arrive fast from Poland to Bulgaria for around days. The seller send it immediately after the purchase. Its my first robot so i can't compare it to other models. I am more then satisfied with it. He just cleaned the apartment (which was cleaned yesterday with normal vacuum cleaner) and i couldn't believe how much dust and dirt it vacuumed. And the apartment is not easy to clean with full carpet all over it and two cats with one dog and all their hairballs all over it. Didn't use the moping tho so no opinion about it. There is a multi language manuel which is easy to understand. The Roborock application is easy to understand and use. If you are wondering about robot model, don't hesitate Roborock S7 is great and i am very happy with it. So happy i will have to give him a name

Очень долго пришлось ждать когда его отправят, видимо партия пылесосов для России задержалась в пути из китая) После отправки добрался за три дня. Внешне пылесос выглядит как космический корабль! Дизайн отменный! Достаточно крупный - больше моего румбы, но очень стильный! Инструкция толстенная - очень много иностранных языков - но русского нет, что странно - на упаковочных пакетах русский язык имеется! Отдельная инструкция на установку приложения. Угол коробки был помят, сам пылесос не пострадал. Тряпочка на вибро швабре сделана очень качественно - с прослойкой из поролона и прошита хорошо. Поэтому на замену нужны будут только такие же фирменные от этой модели. После включения и теста дополню отзыв.

extremely nice vacuum cleaner. It works well and does not run down the stairs. Just to bad there are no replacement accessoires for sale yet. Only one mopping pad is included. The power cord for the charging station is way too short. But fortunately I had a longer replacement.
Was shipped on the same day as ordered. Delivery took 4 days. It's surprisingly quiet. Currently very satisfied with this robot and seller.

Sehr schneller Versand und Lieferung. Montag bestellt und bereits Mittwoch aus Belgien geliefert. Sehr gutes Gerät. Saugen und wischen funktioniert super. Vor allem beim die neue Wischfunktion mit der Vibrationsplatte, die sich beim Teppich anhebt. Der Teppich bleibt wirklich trocken. Ganz leichte Wischspuren aus bestimmten Winkeln sichtbar, aber wirklich sehr gering. Ich habe es aber auch noch nicht mit stärkerer Waschintensivität probiert. Lautstärke ist echt ok, man kann sich dabei noch normal unterhalten. Die App ist Weltklasse. Man kann bis zu 4 Etagen speichern. Diese Etagen in Räume unterteilen und umbenennen. So kann man per App auswählen welchen Bereich man saugen oder wischen will oder beides. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen
