пришло в пакете, у коробки замяты углы. на самом товаре вроде бы не сказалось. но ощущение было, что товар вскрывали (защитные липкие наклейки на крышке были пыльными и легко открывались). товар работает, масла на водной основе распыляет. товар рекомендую.

выглядит отлично! увлажняет неплохо для своего размера. откровенно шумноват, поставить рядом с ухом и заснуть не получится. шумит явно сильнее чем среднестатистический системный блок
